During COVID-19, I led the design to build an AI tool that used ICU data to prioritize hospital patients, saving 72 man-hours daily. We shipped the first version in 3 months, this was my mom’s proudest moment, since it's the closest I’ll get to saving lives! At Techolution, I joined a project mid-way with Revolution Retail Systems (now GLORY GLOBAL SOLUTIONS) to design a dashboard and 20+ workflows for tracking and fixing cash recycling machines. I focused on refining issue reporting, using rapid prototyping to boost efficiency by 12% and cut error reporting time in half.
